These terms and conditions apply to the PINs app ("Application") created by Batuhan Gul ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may compromise your security and cause the Application to malfunction.
PINs uygulaması ("Uygulama"), Batuhan Gul ("Servis Sağlayıcı") tarafından Freemium hizmet olarak sunulmaktadır. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Uygulamanın veya markamızın izinsiz kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır. Kaynak kodun çıkarılması, Uygulamanın başka dillere çevrilmesi veya türev sürümler oluşturulması yasaktır. Uygulamaya ilişkin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Servis Sağlayıcı'ya aittir.
Servis Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı istediği zaman değiştirebilir veya hizmetleri ücretli hale getirebilir. Herhangi bir ücretlendirme önceden açıkça bildirilecektir.

The Application uses AI technologies — including third-party AI services — to automatically detect location and place information from social media content you submit.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI-generated results (such as place names, addresses, and categories) are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are encouraged to verify important information before relying on it. The Service Provider ensures all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit your experience.
Uygulama, gönderdiğiniz sosyal medya içeriklerinden konum ve mekan bilgilerini otomatik olarak tespit etmek amacıyla yapay zeka teknolojilerini (üçüncü taraf AI hizmetleri dahil) kullanır.
Uygulamayı kullanarak; yapay zeka tarafından üretilen sonuçların (mekan adları, adresler, kategoriler gibi) yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı olduğunu ve her zaman doğru olmayabileceğini kabul edersiniz. The Application offers a Freemium model with the following plans:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application failing to function due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms apply and data charges may be incurred, including roaming charges when outside your home region. You accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the account holder of the device, please ensure you have permission to use it.

The Service Provider strives to keep information accurate and up to date, but relies on third-party data sources. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from relying solely on the information provided by the Application.
Servis Sağlayıcı, bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olması için çaba gösterir; ancak üçüncü taraf veri kaynaklarına dayanır. Uygulamanın sunduğu bilgilere dayanılarak oluşabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan Servis Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee continued compatibility with all operating system versions.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using and delete the Application if instructed.
Servis Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek için güncellemeleri yüklemeniz gerekebilir. Tüm işletim sistemi sürümleriyle uyumluluk garanti edilmez.
Servis Sağlayıcı, önceden haber vermeksizin Uygulamanın sunumunu ve kullanımını sonlandırabilir. Fesih durumunda size tanınan haklar ve lisanslar sona erer; istendiğinde Uygulamayı silmeniz gerekir.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
